One of my pinhole photographs will be included in Rayko Photo Center’s 4th Biennial Juried Pinhole Show in honor of Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day.
The RayKo Photo Center in San Francisco provides traditional darkroom space, a gallery and educational resources for photographers. Housed in a spacious 12,000 square foot building, RayKo is the largest public photographic community center west of the Mississippi.
This exhibition opens on the same date as the Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day (WPPD), April 28, 2013. WPPD is an annual international event celebrating the simple pinhole camera. Now in its 13th year, over 3,800 people from 74 countries participated last year. Many of the participants made their first pinhole photograph on WPPD by attending one of the dozens of workshops organized around the world.
